This is not your average cookie-cutter training; all sessions are private and 100% individualized to your body and your goals. Ish’s meticulous assessment protocols provide the intel required to carefully curate individualized training programs to improve your mobility, stability, strength, conditioning, explosive power, agility and biomechanics while reducing risk of injury.

Ismail Chbihi

Ismail (“Ish”) is a Registered Kinesiologist who specializes in training high performance athletes. With over a decade of experience, Ish exclusively works with athletes and approaches strength and conditioning with exercise science principles specific to building high performance athletes. All training is done privately and 1-on-1 because Ish strongly believes that every athlete is truly unique and needs an individualized approach in order to maximize their performance. The first session is always an individual assessment in order to determine each athlete’s strengths, weaknesses and what needs to be focused on in order for the athlete to reach their athletic potential.
